The New South Wales State Plan is an initiative of the Iemma Government in 2006. mostly so far it consists of Morris Iemma, the State Premier, calling for a plan for a plan. It's currently in draft form, and submissions can be made.

the draft NSW State Plan - A New Direction for NSW - was launched by the Premier, Morris Iemma, on 8 August as part of a widespread community consultation exercise with people across NSW.
The Plan defines the goals and outcomes that the NSW Government and community together agree should shape public policy over the next 10 years.

Individuals and organisations are welcome to make a submission on the draft NSW State Plan. Submissions can be any length and must be in writing. Please include your name, address, a contact telephone number and the name of the organisation you represent (if applicable). The NSW Government will consider all of the views collected during the community consultation process. All submissions will need to be received by Friday, 8 September, 2006.
